How often should I have my chimney cleaned?
Once a year is the standard, ideally before heating season. If you burn wood often, twice a year is safer. A yearly inspection catches problems while they are still small.
Do you really do a $99 cleaning and inspection?
Yes. The $99 covers a full cleaning and a complete safety inspection with a written report and photos. If we find something that needs repair, you get an upfront quote and you decide, with no pressure.
Will you try to sell me repairs I do not need?
Never. If your chimney is safe, we tell you it is safe, in writing. We only recommend work that is genuinely needed, and we show you the photos or camera footage so you can see it for yourself.
What areas do you serve?

Do I need a Level 2 inspection to sell my home?
In most North Jersey home sales a Level 2 inspection is expected, and it is also common when a furnace or boiler is replaced or switched from oil to gas. We provide a documented report you can hand to your realtor or insurer.
How soon can you come out?
Often the same week, and same day when we have availability. Fall is our busiest season, so booking early gets you the slot you want.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Many do. For example, stainless steel liners carry a ten year parts warranty and tuckpointing carries a three year labor warranty. Whatever applies to your job is spelled out in writing before we start.
How do you price repairs?
Every chimney is different, so we give you a free written quote after we inspect. You approve the price before any work begins, so there are never any surprise bills.
